The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate our family by arranging connecting rooms. The variety of fresh fruits at breakfast was delightful, adding a lovely touch to the dining experience. some areas were let down by littered views and an inconsistent dining experience, where not all meals matched the high standards we expected. noise from nearby establishments disrupted our tranquility during the evenings.

great atmosphere but limited entertainment options
Check-in was efficient and the staff exhibited friendliness throughout my stay. The restaurant maintained high cleanliness standards, with themed cuisine like Italian and Tex-Mex that truly impressed me. I particularly enjoyed the pool view from my Standard Twin Room, which added a nice touch to the experience.
Entertainment options were lacking during my stay.

Wonderful pool area and community vibe!
During my 5-night stay in a Junior Suite, I thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pool area that had a great chill vibe, perfect for young travelers. The staff were attentive, going as far as to organize late-night snacks for arriving guests, which I found quite considerate. The room was very comfortable and offered a great view from the balcony, adding to our overall experience. I'd suggest a bit more variety in the dining options for an even more enjoyable stay.

The beds in our Junior Suite felt pretty basic, and I had to deal with discomfort from the pillows and mattress, which is less than ideal for getting a good night's sleep. The air conditioning had its moments of inefficiency, making the room either too warm or a bit too chilly at times, which definitely distracted from relaxing evenings. Accessibility to the beach claimed to be a mere 600 meters away but was actually about 1 km, which meant a longer trek when you just wanted to kick back at the shore. For a hotel of this rating, the food had a big inconsistency issue—some meals rocked, while others made me wonder what they were thinking. There’s also a slight issue with the noise filtering in from nearby clubs. it disrupted the tranquility during late nights. Finally, Wi-Fi access was hit or miss, often leaving us disconnected when we needed it most.

great service but room comfort needs improvement
The check-in process was efficient and left a great first impression! I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of themed cuisine offered during my stay, and the cleanliness in all dining areas was consistently high. the outdoor spaces were perfect for breakfast, with both garden views and poolside seating available. It added a lovely start to each day.
Room comfort wasn't up to the mark, as I faced some issues with the bed quality.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel, especially the amazing all-inclusive dining and the stunning room views that made each morning special. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided the perfect spot to unwind after exploring. Only thing was the beach felt a bit farther than expected, but it didn't put a damper on my stay. 🌞
